Terms and Conditions for SCOOP LASH ApS

1. Parties

These terms and conditions apply to all sales made by Scoop Lash ApS (CVR: 45161544), address: Skibsager 58, 2680 Solrød Strand, phone: +45 93100910, email: mk@scooplash.com) to the customer ("you"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment

2.1. All payments must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
2.2. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Applepay, Mobilepay, Anyday. 
2.3. Prices are listed in DKK and EURO (Euros) and include/exclude VAT depending on your location.

3. Delivery

3.1. Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is correct.


3.2.
 Shipping Time:

Denmark: 2-5 business days.

Sweden, Finland: 5-7 business days.

Norway, UK: 7-14 business days.


3.3. Shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are displayed at checkout and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

4.1. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
4.2. To exercise this right, you must notify us at hi@scooplash.com within 14 days and return the product in its original condition and packaging. Glues and "end of sale" products cannot be returned.
4.3. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and you can use our return portal for easy return shipping.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1. Products that are opened, used, or damaged are non-refundable unless they are faulty upon arrival.
5.2. Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
5.3. Refunds will be processed in the return portal within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

6.1. If you have a complaint, please contact us at hi@scooplash.com.
6.2. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer service will be subject to mediation in Denmark, governed by Danish law.

7. Memberships, Courses, Tickets, Rentals, and Subscriptions

7.1. Memberships: Customers may cancel or change their membership at any time by contacting us. Specific terms are outlined in the membership agreement.
7.2. Courses: Cancellation of courses is not allowed unless explicitly stated. Rebooking is possible. All bookings are binding and cannot be changed unless stated otherwise in the course terms.
7.3. Subscriptions: Subscription agreements outline the minimum subscription period, cancellation policy, and changes to recurring payments.

9. Product Information and Pricing

9.1. All products are for professional use only. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a certified professional.
9.2. Detailed product descriptions, including materials and use, are provided on our website.
9.3. All prices are displayed in DKK and € and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

10. Handling of Conflicts

10.1. Any disputes between the company and the customer that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled in accordance with Danish law.
10.2. Customers can contact the Center for Complaints through Klagenævnet for Erhvervsdrivende for mediation if required.

11. Cancellation and Refund Procedure

11.1. Cancellation of memberships, courses, tickets, or subscriptions must follow the specific terms outlined in the respective agreement.

12. Legal Notices

12.1. These terms and conditions comply with Danish consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Act.
12.2. For international sales, local regulations may also apply depending on the customer's location.
